Bitter Americans

Why:

• I believe what politicians tell me
• I am hated for my gender, class, skin color, and good looks
• Rarely do I meet an equal of my intellectual standing
• Racist preachers incite hatred
• Socialists strive to eliminate my liberties
• Self-pity is an epidemic

Frustration is something that seems temporary to me - for example when the computer freezes up or when there’re unexpected traffic snarls keeping you from being on time for that important appointment. Bitterness feels more like an emotion that has deepened inside of your physical and mental realms. (more…)
